Jennifer Prokop's lifelong romance habit began in 7th grade when she found a bag of remaindered romance novels in her grandmother’s basement. 

Jen co-hosts the romance podcast Fated Mates and writes reviews for Kirkus.

  • October 17, 2022: Women and Children First Bookstore in Chicago IL, 7pm. In conversation with Meryl Wilsner about her novel, Mistakes Were Made.

  • October 12, 2022: Virtual release event with Adriana Herrera for On the Hustle.

  • October 1, 2022: Love’s Sweet Arrow in Tinley Park, IL, 12pm. The book club discussed End of the Day, the second novel from Hanna Earnest.

The only "metric" for this map: does it have a freestanding Romance section, regardless of size? THAT'S IT. The size of the selection will vary store by store. Please remember: this map is crowd-sourced and could be inaccurate [many stores were added before 2020], so call ahead for more information and details.
